【问题描述】（请对问题进行描述，方便定位问题）
具体的现象 在阿里云机器上使用/cluster_quick_start.sh启动的链，在服务器上使用命令行运行cmc能够正常部署、调用合约（使用sdk_config.yml文件），但是在服务器外部使用go-sdk连接就报错（sdk_config.yml中主机IP已更改）：rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = "transport: authentication handshake failed: read tcp 192.168.3.42:54329->~:12301: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."
