Error 1105 (HY000): Parameter of prepared statement which is set through mysql_send_long_data() is longer than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes

环境：

本地mac环境，macOS 12.5.1 21G83 arm64
2.3.5版本management-backend，docker部署
Docker version 27.2.0
mac上mysql:5.7报错，所以改为mysql:5.7.31

通过docker部署了长安链管理平台，server和db。然后创建链，在云服务器执行。上传案例的fact合约后，服务端一直报错 cmb_block表的数据会一直增加，然后到(140-150)后清空
