默认使用chainmaker-cryptogen工具根据配置文件生成证书有效期是五年
问题： 如果证书过期是如何处理的 如何更新整个链证书。
疑问：
是使用证书工具再生成一套证书，然后通过cmc client chainconfig trustroot update ...命令更新块root证书么
